Smile Always

Smile is a form of our features into a pleased, kind, or amused expression, typically with the corners of the mouth turned up and the front teeth exposed. It is also an art of human science which derive from inner satisfaction of life. The subject which has no syllabus, no exams nor to learn, it is built in knowledge gifted by the nature [Almighty God] to us, all in all its inside us hidden like a soul.

“We shall never know all the good that a simple smile can do.” ~Mother Teresa

When you look in eyes of someone there would be many things you will see. Like many of cases I saw people were too much busy in their lives but they forget to smile and they also forget about the inner satisfaction. But we should all know that smile is a kind of living attitude, smile can keep us young. Smile to others will make our life full of joy, happiness and healthy. Even fake smiles do the trick.

It is no secret that our emotional health is tied closely to our physical health. Since smiling means you are happy (and getting happier by the very act of smiling), you will likely live a longer, more relaxed life than those who regularly frown. Smiling actually boosts your immune system and can help you live 7 years longer on average!

It has been reported that when we do smile, the body releases more white blood cells than it usually does. And the prime purpose of white blood cells are to protect the body against both infectious diseases and foreign invaders. So, smiling more often actually makes our body more immune to diseases and hence makes us healthier.

You don’t own all the problems in the world. When you smile the world smiles back at you! Smiling happens without much thought. It is a very natural response that shares our happiness with others.

Did you know that smiling also triggers activity in our brain? While the brain is naturally inclined to think in negative terms as a defense mechanism, the habitual act of smiling helps the mind move to a more positive space and remain there longer the more you do it. By making smiling a part of our everyday practice, we help our brains create happiness loops that encourage more positive-thinking patterns. There is a serious mind-body connection there, in our ventromedial prefrontal cortex to be exact, which is [not surprisingly] the area of our brain that registers happiness.

“A smile costs nothing, but creates much. It enriches those who receive, without impoverishing those who give. It happens in a flash and the memory of it sometimes lasts forever.” ~Dale Carnegie

We indeed need to smile always because the prize for it is FREE and what it does is amazing. Yes! We should smile always and all the time because I know without smile, there is no life. I damn sure everyone in this universe had smile once in his/her life and have tasted the essence of life in it. I wish all people of this world will smile in their lives forever.

Keep smiling!!!
